Ben Rafael's short film The Beach was nominated for the César Award and her debut film ‘Virgins’ won Best Actress Award at the Tribeca Film Festival and the FIPRESCI Award at the Jerusalem Festival. Her second feature film, The End of Love, was screened at the 2019 Venice Film Festival as part of the Biennale College Cinema.

סרטה הקצר של בן רפאל "החוף" היה מועמד לפרס הסזאר הצרפתי וסרטה העלילתי הראשון ״אין בתולות בקריות״ זכה בין היתר בפרס השחקנית הטובה ביותר בטרייבקה ובפרס המבקרים העולמי פיפרסקי בפסטיבל ירושלים. סרטה הארוך השני ״סוף האהבה״ הוקרן בפסטיבל ונציה 2019 כחלק מהבינאלה קולג׳ סינמה.
